- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect product received.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are non-returnable.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to screen differences.
3. Return & Exchange Process

- Approval & Pickup:
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your provided address.
- The item must be securely packed for return.

- If eligible, we will process an exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only if a replacement is not available.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
