  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect product received.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to screen differences.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a Return/Exchange:

    • Attach the unboxing video and images of the received product.
  2. Approval & Pickup:
    • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your provided address.
    • The item must be securely packed for return.

    • After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.
    • If eligible, we will process an exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only if a replacement is not available.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
